The 2024-2025 strategic plan is the result of collaborative work with the directors, who acted as spokespeople for the employees of Aide juridique Montréal | Laval, and the members of the board of directors. The committee responsible for the plan received assistance from an advisor to identify the main issues facing the organization for the 2024-2025 year. It became clear that an exercise to define the current needs of the organization was necessary. Indeed, the pandemic led us to reconsider our way of working, and certain needs among our clientele have emerged or increased.
Although our values have not changed, we felt the need to redefine our vision and simplify our mission. Returning to our roots has been beneficial for all of us. Emphasis was placed on living together and improving quality of life at work.
Finally, we aim to highlight the work and competence of our employees and raise awareness among the public about the societal importance of legal aid.
• Employees: Develop a culture that fosters a sense of belonging and quality of life at work
• Clients: Optimize the client experience and offer services tailored to the legal needs of our clientele
• Internal Management: Inspire teams to adopt leadership that encourages employee engagement and mobilization
